Hope you had fun scrutinizing the countdown video. :)

And here comes my account, I'm writing in a script style rather than posting more videos, as the vids circulated online are pretty similar to the one posted before, nothing to further the fangirl's "investigation" of Show-Rainie interactions. Hah, call me a crazy fan!

1) Here's the mugshot taken by Show Luo:

2) Show was excited at Rainie's arrival that he made the announcement 6 times!

3) Video screen cap as they were counting down towards 2011...
     The debate - did they hug, or not?

4) On stage bickering over their new year greetings.

Rainie: Wishing everyone a happy 2011, good health, and hope you do not vomit when drinking (喝酒都不会吐 - pun intended here, as "tu" also the Chinese pronunciation for rabbit, since it's the Rabbit year in the Chinese horoscope).

Show who was watching Rainie intently, widened his eyes in surprise upon her last greeting line as he's mentioned that earlier on in the countdown. He happily teased along and they started to bicker.

Show: Hey, I used it just now.
Rainie: Says who, I was the one who invented this!
Show: I invented this!
Rainie: I already knew it last year!
Aya (Lady host): Ok, please stop your little lovers' argument.

5) No, they did not sing a duet. They were supposed to, but was canceled due to last minute changes in schedule.


My after thoughts:

To dispel speculations (and burst some bubbles >_<~~~), I'm 99.99999% certain that Show and Rainie did not hug nor kiss when the lights dimmed! They were busy taking photos which resulted in the mugshot on Show's microblog. Other times, they were either chatting or perhaps posing together for fans or were looking at something (they faced left/back of stage). And logically, the paparazzi would have caught it if indeed they kissed or hugged and sensationalized it. Immediately after midnight, Show and Ou Han Sheng swopped places. Show probably went over to have a mugshot with Hudie and Jacky Wu. He then got back to Rainie's side about 2 minutes later. Nonetheless they spent the moment together, which is all that matters. :)
