I've been thinking for a while about what should be done about this website that has been a year dormant (well, almost) due to real life commitments. Good news is, you're hearing from me now. Hopefully the stint lasts and I can well find time to continue on talking about Show, Rainie and whoever and whatever more I like in entertainment.
Let's start in a series of posts recounting the moments of 2012. :)
So, still focused on Show & Rainie, this was my favourite of the year. What's yours?

ps: Apologies for going missing for a while. I have been busy with work for the past few months, despite wanting to update this site. Here on, it'll be more of captions and highlights as I currently do not have the bandwidth to provide full coverage as much as I want to.

This I thought was important because they both did not deny possibilities of being together, the expression on their face affirms and Show was nervous! Signs?

There were a couple of articles posted on the Rainie's FB page. Content wise are almost similar with this being the most detailed.
Report mentions about them being on a 21 day shoot, in a team of 33 people, with almost 30 sets of costume change. Filming locations at Sydney, Tasmania and Melbourne with a total cost of TW$20,000,000! (Wow, a grand set I would imagine!).
Xiaozhu flew direct from Japan to Australia, right after he ended his publicity work in Japan. He caught flu and fever and had to be on drip yet start work 5 hours later the next day. Not wanting to infect Rainie, he has graciously requested to postpone the kissing scenes. (Awww... so sweet.) Who knows, Rainie had also downed 2 flu pills to avoid falling ill on the shoot. Not knowing whether to laugh or cry, she quipped "I've taken the flu pills for nothing!" The two being tired, Xiaozhu has very thoughtfully hired Tasmania's only female masseuse for Rainie for a 2-hour massage, which cost him TW$5000.
First post of the year! I must admit that I have been side tracked of late with many other events out of the reel, which explains the lack of posts. Activities in the reel have been flat for a while too - well, with scandals I'm less concerned with actually.
Today, in an occasional woozie visit to the AF forum, to my very delight I found the most delightful news of my favourite on-screen sweethearts. Yep, you got it right! Show and Rainie have escaped to Melbourne to shoot a 50 min short film (broken down into 5 10-min installments) for Tourism Australia!
According to various report sources, they were spotted together and were very close and much in their own world. They were having fun chasing each other around the streets, taking mug shots of themselves and Show pretended to strangle Rainie. Note: this was where they reconciled over their past misunderstanding too.
Other pieces of good relevant news, Rainie and Show has a new duet together called 「王见王」 and the track is recorded in Show's new album. HMS started screening in Japan on 29 Feb; and Rainie and Show both have their own promotional activities in April in Japan too. Will they meet for a HMS promotional activity too? I'd say and hope... it's pretty likely isn't it?!

I had no intent to feature this clip, until I saw the shot where Amber An pulled out Show's album in a pose for the paparazzi's (I wasn't following this news too closely back then). I choose to believe that she is trying too hard for fame by trying to associate herself in a scandal with Show. The ugliness of human schemes! To add a personal opinion after watching her in interviews, she seemed like feigning cuteness in her voice by putting on a pitch too unnatural. Sorry, but TFG finds it rather distasteful.
Again, please don't focus too much on this clip. The clip talks about how Show and Amber An treats each other as non-existent during the awards despite seating at neighboring tables. Show obviously doesn't enjoy the association as we can see from all his expressions captured on camera. It's usual the media tries to be analytical of both their reactions, and plays up little actions for news sake.
On a lighter note, a testament to Show and Rainie's deep friendship:
When asked for his comments on Amber An's performance, he brushes off the topic himself then passes the baton to Rainie, saying that she has something to say. It's really amusing to see their interactions and how Rainie was first to mind when he needed help. Rainie said, "It's (Amber's performance) good. If it were me, I would be nervous and my condition will recur. I will turn red. It feels like it's starting again now. Luo Zhi Xiang, back to you quick." Show still refuses to comment, so he pushes the mic to Elva whom the host requests she conclude.
Hmm, I'm curious - Was Rainie nervous because she didn't want to comment on Amber? Or was it because she was afraid to say too much in Show's defense, hence giving away the "smoke screen" they are trying to create?

It's not confirmed, so don't be nervous! Xiaogui continued to fret, toying with the scrolled paper. TFG: Looks like part to create the show's effect and probably hiding his true feelings if he is really fretting. Rainie: I, I will choose... XIAO...
